Video Editor

• You will be responsible for creating high-impact video content for social media, ads, YouTube, and brand campaigns. If you can’t deliver fast, clean, and engaging edits — this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing

• Edit reels, shorts, long-form videos, podcasts, ads, and training content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, SFX, and background music.
• Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.
• Deliver multiple edits per day — speed matters as much as quality.

2. Content Enhancement

• Add hooks, pattern interrupts, and engaging storytelling elements.
• Clean audio, adjust lighting, color grade, and stabilize footage.
• Repurpose long videos into short clips for social platforms.

3. Creative Input

• Work with the content team to suggest ideas, angles, and editing styles.
• Bring fresh trending edits, reel styles, and viral formatting.
• Improve raw footage by adding creative visuals and effects.

4. Platform-Specific Outputs

• Prepare platform-optimized exports for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and ads.
• Understand aspect ratios, thumbnail styles, pacing and audience behavior.

5. Asset Management

• Organize raw footage, project files, templates, and final outputs.
• Maintain clean editing workflows and version control.

Required Skills

• Strong command over at least one major editing tool:

Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut PC, After Effects (bonus).

• Ability to edit quickly without compromising quality.
• Creativity with strong visual storytelling sense.
• Familiar with social media trends and viral content styles.
• Good understanding of sound design, color correction, and typography.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of video editing experience (agency, creator, or startup experience preferred).
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
• Ability to handle fast-paced editing demands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
