Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor for a full-time position. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and optimizing video content aligned with NLTI’s educational and organizational objectives. The role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine YT video, Instagram reel content for educational and promotional purposes
• Add and synchronize subtitles/captions to ensure accessibility and reach
• Perform video color grading to enhance overall quality and storytelling
• Design and integrate motion graphics and visual effects where required
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Edit long and short format videos on YouTube

Qualifications

• Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
• Strong skills in video production, motion graphics, and graphic design
• Experience in video color grading and visual enhancement
• Ability to add and synchronize subtitles accurately
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and editing techniques
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
