About the Role We’re looking for a versatile Video Content Creator who can independently shoot and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, has a strong visual sense, and can take a project from concept to completion. Responsibilities Plan and execute shoots (indoor/outdoor, brand-focused, social content) Edit short and long-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads, etc. Apply transitions, text overlays, color grading, and sound design Manage post-production workflow with attention to detail and delivery timelines Collaborate with the creative team for visual consistency and storytelling impact Requirements Experience in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and shot composition Ability to handle camera gear (DSLR/Mirrorless) for basic to mid-level shoots Owns a reliable laptop setup Bonus Canva edits, posters, etc Experience with YouTube or social-first formats Ability to work independently with minimal direction

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, and enhancing video content to support the production of high-quality digital media. Daily tasks will include video editing, video colour grading, motion graphics development, and visual storytelling. Collaboration with designers and marketers to align video content with brand strategies will be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Editing Skills in Video Colour Grading and ensuring visual consistency Experience with Motion Graphics and creating dynamic visual elements Basic competency in Graphics to support video and design alignment Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of timing and visual rhythm Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team setting Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da vinci or similar tools Prior experience in digital media production is a plus
