Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Webgen Technologies is hiring a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform raw and stock footage into high-impact visual stories. If you live inside Premiere timelines, obsess over smooth transitions, and can make motion graphics feel alive, this role is built for you.

We work with global DTC brands, tech startups, agencies, and enterprise clients—so your work will reach millions of eyes.

What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit, assemble, and polish video content for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, paid ads, brand ads, and product explainers.
• Perform colour correction & grading to maintain consistent, cinematic visuals.
• Mix and enhance audio, apply sound effects, and manage multitrack sound design.
• Execute frame-perfect lip-syncing and VO syncing.
• Export optimized deliverables for multiple platforms with correct codecs, compression, and metadata.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design engaging motion graphics, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and animated elements.
• Create transitions and effects that elevate storytelling.
• Build templates and reusable assets for fast-turnaround projects.

AI & Modern Workflow Integration

• Use AI-powered tools for captioning, upscaling, rotoscoping, audio cleanup, and creative enhancement. ( Runway, Synthesia, Sora or ElevenLabs.)
• Speed up workflow using automation without sacrificing quality.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with content strategists, scriptwriters, and designers to bring concepts to life.
• Brainstorm innovative formats, editing styles, and trend-driven ideas.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across all assets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production house, or brand team.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. [Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition].
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.
• Familiarity with platform-specific specs for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A problem-solver mindset—comfortable experimenting with new tools, plugins, and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to decode feedback quickly.
