Salary: 9000 onwards (As per interview performance)

Timings: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Days: Monday- Saturday

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background – Any Graduate with relevant graphic designing courses

Years of Experience- 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, titles, lower-thirds, and visual effects
• Design simple static creatives (thumbnails, social media posts, banners) as required
• Develop videos for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and campaigns
• Apply color theory, typography, and layout principles across video and static assets
• Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing, and content teams
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and animated overlays
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual deliverables
• Optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a motion graphics designer or video editor.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, typography, composition, and animation timing
• Knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work with audio, video formats, codecs, and compression standards.
• Portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video work.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and deliver on tight timelines.

Key Skills – After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator
