You should have:

• 3–5 years of experience in 

  video editing & motion graphics

   (event industry preferred)
• Proficiency in 

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

   (knowledge of Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Ability to capture event moments, behind-the-scenes, and interviews with mobile devices/cameras
• Strong sense of 

  storytelling, pacing, and event branding

• Experience designing 

  event video content

   – opening slides, award AVs, speaker intros, countdowns
• Skills in sound editing, transitions, color grading, and animation

Your role will include:

• Shooting quick behind-the-scenes/event clips with mobile devices
• Editing teasers, highlight reels, aftermovies, and social media content
• Designing 

  motion graphics & video templates

   for stage screens, LED walls, and award sequences
• Collaborating with the creative team to align video storytelling with event themes
• Delivering quick-turnaround edits during and post-events
