About the Role: Maxxcell Institute is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our in-house content creation team. If you have a flair for storytelling through visuals and are passionate about creating engaging YouTube content for the education sector, we want you on board! Key Responsibilities: Edit YouTube videos, including educational lectures, reels, trailers, and promotional content Add transitions, text overlays, and effects to enhance visual engagement Sync audio and visuals, manage color correction, and improve video quality Collaborate with the content team to understand the tone and objective of each video Create and integrate motion graphics and animations when required Export and optimize videos for YouTube upload with proper resolution and formats Maintain brand consistency across all videos Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation techniques Familiarity with video formats, frame rates, and audio syncing Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple video projects Creative mindset and keen attention to detail Prior experience with YouTube content is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your salary expectation?
