What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Shooting

Directing

Editing

fast-paced, aesthetic edits

DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, iPhones, stabilizers, on-set lighting

Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

• Bringing motion graphics (text, overlays, subtle effects) into the LaFetch style.

• Collaborating with creative, brand, and social teams to build our signature video style.

You’ll be at shoots one day, editing six reels the next, then planning transitions for the next drop.

Who You Are

• A visual storyteller with instincts for what works on Reels and TikTok-style formats

• Comfortable with cameras (bonus if you can shoot handheld + gimbal)

• Strong with rhythm, transitions, pacing, color

• Knows how to get usable shots even when conditions aren’t perfect

• Can direct models/creators confidently

• Can edit quickly without losing aesthetic

• Obsessed with trends, sounds, formats

• Thrives in fast, 0→1 startup chaos
