🔍 About the Role

Video Editor with strong Cinematography & Content Creation skills

🎥 Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (on-field + indoor shoots)
• Edit videos professionally using

  DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects

• Create cinematic reels, promotional videos, farmer stories, product videos, and event coverage
• Handle audio recording, sound balancing, and noise clean-up
• Color grading for professional and cinematic output
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content ideas
• Manage raw footage, backups, and media workflow
• Capture photos and create basic social media-ready graphics when required
  

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong command over

  DaVinci Resolve

  (preferred),

  Premiere Pro

  , and

  After Effects

• Ability to shoot videos with stabilizers, lights, and professional camera equipment
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing
• Basic motion graphics knowledge
• Understanding of storytelling, transitions, pacing, and colour grading
• Ability to handle field shoots in farms, orchards, and training centers
• Good sense of angles, lighting, and frame composition
  

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  1.5 years of hands-on experience

  in video editing + cinematography
• Someone who is punctual, responsible, and comfortable with outdoor shoots
• A creative mind who can bring ideas to life
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
