Role Overview

Motion Graphics & AI Animator

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Animation

• Conceptualize, design, and animate

  motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and VFX

  for marketing campaigns, product videos, and social media.
• Develop

  storyboards, style frames, and mock-ups

  to visualize creative ideas.

AI & Innovation

• Utilize AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL•E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance design workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest design and AI animation trends to push creative boundaries.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative, video editing, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Integrate audio, video, and static assets into dynamic visual content.

Optimization & Delivery

• Adapt visuals for

  multiple platforms

  (social media, OTT, web, AR/VR, and presentations).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring

  timely delivery

  without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in motion graphics and animation (2D & 3D).
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of

  3D animation tools

  (Cinema4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  AI-based design tools

  for creative workflows.
• Strong visualization, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
