Edit and produce compelling video content to support our news stories, special features, and brand campaigns across digital and social platforms. Ensure videos are visually engaging, on-brand, and optimized for audience reach.
● Edit news clips, feature videos, interviews, and social media reels.
● Add graphics, captions, sound effects, and animations to enhance storytelling.
● Collaborate with reporters, videographers, and designers for cohesive visual packages.
● Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
● Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, website).
● Work quickly to meet deadlines for breaking news and fast-turnaround projects.
● Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
● 2+ years of professional video editing experience (news or digital media preferred).
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
● Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
● Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
