Job Summary

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team, producers, and content strategists to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, subtitles, graphics, and other enhancements as needed.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and meets quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Organize and archive video assets for easy access and future use.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience

  as a video editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in editing software such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing previous editing work is required.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation, 2D/3D motion graphics, or graphic design.
• Knowledge of social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Youtube).
• Familiarity with photography and shooting equipment.
