Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you will be a key player in our content creation process, responsible for the full video post-production workflow. This includes assembling raw footage, creating dynamic motion graphics, designing sound, and adding effects to create polished videos for a variety of digital platforms. You will work closely with our strategy, copywriting, and account management teams to deliver high-quality video assets that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling and visually engaging stories for a wide range of clients and industries.
• Produce short-form, high-impact video content optimized for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and branded elements to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project briefs, client goals, and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and client feedback is incorporated effectively.
• Input and mix sound, dialogue, and music to create a professional audio experience.
• Stay current with the latest trends in video marketing, social media algorithms, and editing technologies.
• Maintain an organized workflow, including file management and archiving of project assets.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally within a marketing agency or a similar client-facing role.
• Candidate should have bachelor's degree or relevant degree.
• Freshers are considered for this role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating short-form, digital-first content.
• Expertise with professional video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, 3-D Editing is a must
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
