Key Responsibilities: 🔷  Graphic Design Create graphics for print and digital media: brochures, ads, social media posts, presentations, banners, and posters. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. Design layouts and templates for internal and external communications. Adapt designs for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). 🎬  Video Design & Editing Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form videos for marketing campaigns, real estate walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, and ads. Animate logos, titles, transitions, and lower-thirds using motion design tools. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to storyboard and develop scripts when required. Optimize video content for different formats, resolutions, and social platforms. Requirements: ✅  Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools is a plus. Understanding of basic typography, layout, branding, and color theory. Video editing, color grading, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics skills. ✅  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. [1–3+] years of proven experience in graphic and video content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
