🏡  About the Role : We’re looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Anchor/Host to be the face of our real estate-focused YouTube channel. You’ll present property tours, market insights, investment tips, and location reviews in an engaging, informative, and viewer-friendly manner. If you love exploring beautiful homes, explaining details with clarity, and have a screen-friendly presence — this role is for you. 📌  Key Responsibilities : Host property walkthrough videos, location reviews, builder interviews, and Q&A sessions. Present property details with confidence, clarity, and trustworthiness. Work closely with the content and production team to plan, script, and shoot videos. Explain real estate concepts simply — EMI, ROI, appreciation, Vastu, layout specs, etc. Build credibility and relatability with the target audience (homebuyers, investors, renters). Occasionally go live or interact with viewers via YouTube/Instagram/Facebook. Be a recognizable face for the brand and represent it professionally. 🎤  Required Skills : Excellent spoken communication (English, Hindi, or local language) Confident on-camera personality with natural delivery Interest or knowledge in real estate, interiors, or architecture Comfortable being on-site (residences, plots, apartments, commercial spaces) Ability to explain complex details in a clear, simple, and enthusiastic way Strong improvisation skills and audience awareness Prior experience as an anchor, presenter, content creator, or real estate vlogger (preferred)
