Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property showings, and closing real estate transactions. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct property tours and site visits with clients. Provide clients with property details, market trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation. Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to create effective promotional campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
