Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities: Videography:

• Plan and execute video shoots (interviews, product videos, travel vlogs, events, promotional videos, etc.)
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure all footage is well-framed, properly lit, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Travel to shoot locations as required.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into engaging final videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Add transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and text overlays.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Maintain video archives and ensure consistency in brand visuals and tone.

Creative Contribution:

• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams for video concepts and storyboarding.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends and formats to create fresh and engaging content.
• Suggest innovative ideas for visual storytelling and content improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic color correction, audio syncing, and video effects.
• Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and sound recording.
• Strong sense of visual composition, timing, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Photography skills are a plus.
