The ideal candidate will play a key role in project/site & sub-dealer visits and electrician/architects’ engagement, and business development for our primary dealer network. The role requires field visits, relationship building, and strong communication and convincing skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dealer & Distributor Support (Secondary Sales): Support assigned dealers/distributors in achieving secondary sales targets. Track and generate orders from sub-dealers, retailers, electricians, and architects. 2. Project & Site Visits: Visit construction sites, commercial projects, and contractors to pitch ONEST LED lighting products. Coordinate between dealers and project sites for timely supply and technical support. Assist in creating BOQs (Bill of Quantities), basic lighting layouts, and project proposals (training will be provided). 3. Sub-Dealer & Electrician Engagement: Identify and onboard sub-dealers in untapped or low-coverage areas under each primary dealer. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and relationship-building visits with electricians and influencers. 4. New Business Generation: Identify new project leads and share them with primary dealers. Develop monthly beat plans for targeted visits to new sites, sub-dealers, and potential bulk buyers. Work closely with marketing for lead conversion and follow-up campaigns. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or Technical Degree) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in channel sales or field sales (preferably in lighting, electricals, hardware, FMCG, or building materials) Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Field sales experience and willingness to travel extensively Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, electricians, and sub-dealers Basic understanding of LED lighting or electrical products (training will be provided) Self-motivated and target-oriented
