Social Media Executive cum Video Presenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and confident individual with strong expertise in social media management and video presenting in both Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, skilled in content creation and social media strategy, and have the ability to engage and present content effectively on camera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars for various clients as per their brand goals.
• Strategize and run paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Act as an on-camera presenter for reels, stories, and video content (in Malayalam & English).
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce engaging content.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and post descriptions tailored to target audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide reports and improvement strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, formats, and algorithms on social platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English (verbal and written).
• Outstanding video presentation skills – confident, expressive, and engaging.
• Proven knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and ad campaign setup.
• Experience with content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and branding through video.
• Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• A personal or professional portfolio of social media videos or reels.
• Experience in influencer marketing or client-facing communication.
