Role Description

MATRIX is seeking a skilled professional for the full-time position of Video Editor Cum Cinematographer. This is an on-site role located in Sikar, Rajasthan. The role involves shooting high-quality video content, including academic and promotional videos, as well as editing footage to produce polished final outputs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team for developing visual storytelling ideas, ensuring high-resolution video quality, and maintaining key equipment used for cinematography segments.

Required Skills

• Expertise in video editing and color correction
• Skilled in lighting setups and understating visual aesthetics
• Ability to handle gimbal, stabilizer & shooting rigs
• Creative storytelling, transitions & scene composition
• Familiarity with adobe Premier Pro & DaVinci Resolve
• Good Communication & Teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and execute higg-quality video content
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear
• Capture interviews, events, classroom activities, promotional videos
• Use gimbals and stabilizers for smooth & cinematic
• Collaborate with creative team for concepts, scripts, storyboards. Ensure proper framing. composition, and exposure

• Requirements

• Portfolio/showreel is mandatory
• 2-5 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can also apply)
• Willingness to work flexible hours during events

Preferred / Bonus Skills

1. Experience with After Effects for motion graphics.
2. Drone handling (optional)
3. Experience in shooting YouTube-style educational content
