Video Editor & Cinematographer

You are a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for capturing the essence of healthcare through compelling visuals. Your role will involve filming and editing videos, photographing hospital events, patient stories, medical procedures, and creating content for digital platforms that reflect the brand values and clinical excellence. You will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality videos including patient testimonials, doctor interviews, and health awareness videos for platforms like YouTube shorts and Instagram reels. Additionally, you will create promotional and educational content for social media, website, and internal communications, while enhancing video quality with motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements. In terms of photography, you will capture professional-grade photographs of hospital infrastructure, medical staff, and special events, ensuring a library of visual assets is maintained for marketing and documentation purposes. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with medical teams to understand content needs and deliver impactful visuals. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new video and photo campaigns that resonate with the target audience. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Photography, Viscom, Media Studies, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in video editing and photography. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential, as well as strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail and composition. You should be capable of working under tight deadlines, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
