Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team. You will be responsible for editing educational videos, promotional reels, course modules, YouTube content, and social media assets that engage and educate students.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos
• Add effects, transitions, captions, intros/outros, and branding as needed
• Sync audio/video and clean up recordings (noise removal, color correction)
• Work closely with faculty, marketing, and design teams to align on visual goals
• Organize and manage project files and version control
• Create short-form content (reels, shorts) for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
• Ensure timely delivery of all editing tasks and meet publishing schedules

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or demo reel required)
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Familiarity with audio editing, color grading, and motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in educational or e-learning video editing
• Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender)
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and content strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,676.63 - ₹35,001.18 per month

Work Location: In person
