Whether you're slicing up punchy Instagram reels or polishing longer-form podcasts, this role is for someone who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. ---  Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality, short-form video content (mainly Instagram Reels) Organize and manage media assets efficiently Add graphics, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and music Optimize videos for social media engagement Collaborate with our creative team to follow brand guidelines Bonus: Edit long-form video podcast episodes into engaging shorts or full versions ---  Must-Have Skills Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, pacing, and storytelling Audio syncing, B-roll usage, and color correction Ability to take feedback constructively and meet deadlines --- Bonus Points If You Have Experience editing video podcasts (audio + visual sync) Knowledge of YouTube Shorts optimization Familiarity with AI tools for quicker editing workflows Location: 📍 On-site (Panchkula, Haryana) 🕒 Full-time — Salary: Rs 30,000/- per month.
