It’s big…..this role is for someone hungry to work closely with a Founder where you literally get to see what’s going on in his brain every moment. It's like unlocking access to: high-profile client meetings where it may take a few years time for you to take entry directly. If you’re curious enough, you will learn how a successful Founder works, thinks, interacts, operates, and leads a team. It’s about understanding his priorities, spotting overlaps, and managing his calendar like a chessboard so he doesn’t have 5 heavy calls back-to-back one day and an empty day the next. Not just replying or sending emails/messages, but doing it proactively. Sometimes even drafting replies, nudging follow-ups, or reminding him of pending responses before he asks. Your ability to manage client interactions smoothly is key. People should feel the Founder is always on top of things because you are on top of things. Activities that come under this role: Managing calendars, emails, and messages of Pardeep Preparing meeting agendas beforehand so he always walks in prepared Taking proper Minutes of Meeting (MoM) so that no point is missed— (We don’t rely on AI for this; your ears and presence matter.) Managing client-facing interactions: reminders, follow-ups, sharing decided resources Keeping project groups alive: nudging updates, reminders, and follow-ups so tasks move Coordinating with the internal team to ensure backend systems for client projects run smoothly without the Founder having to chase anyone Clearly, it’s a TRUST based role. You’ll handle sensitive information and behind-the-scenes conversations that are never public. Confidentiality and loyalty are unsaid expected traits. Proactiveness and a self-driven ownership attitude is non-negotiable. You’re not just doing tasks—you’re anticipating needs, following up, and closing loops without being asked. What skills are required: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) Strong written and verbal communication (professional yet human tone) Organization & time management abilities (being 2 steps ahead of the Founder) Tools may keep changing, but if you are willing to learn and adapt, you are welcome. :) Preferred Experience: Prior experience as an EA, Client Coordinator, or Ops Associate is a plus Experience in managing multiple stakeholders or fast-moving environments Comfort with online meetings.
