• Clear understanding of

  retention, hooks, and short-form psychology

• Ability to execute creative direction precisely and improve it through craft
• Comfort working on

• Someone who enjoys structure but brings taste, judgment, and curiosity
• Willingness to learn new styles, workflows, and AI-assisted processes
