We’re hiring a creative and passionate Video Editor to bring our campaign stories to life!
If you can turn raw footage into powerful, emotional, and engaging videos that connect with people — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage from campaign videographers into high-quality final videos
• Create short reels, promo videos, and campaign highlights for social media platforms
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and campaign branding
• Collaborate with the social media & content team to match tone, theme, and messaging
• Maintain consistency, quality, and fast turnaround during campaign rush hours
• Manage and organize video archives for digital campaigns

Required Skills:

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and storytelling techniques
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and pacing
• Understanding of social media video formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Hindi text overlays & campaign messaging is a plus
• Teamwork and leadership ability
• Politically aware and enthusiastic about public work

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Film Editing, Media, or related field (Preffered, Not Mandatory)
• Prior experience in video editing or social media content creation
• Portfolio or past work samples can be useful

Experience in political campaigns, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
