Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Animation and Video Editing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and animation, with the ability to work on diverse projects ranging from promotional videos to explainer animations. You will play a key role in producing visually engaging content that resonates with our clients’ audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Animation & Motion Graphics

  : Create visually compelling animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for promotional videos, explainer videos, and other multimedia content.

• Video Editing

  : Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and engaging visuals.

• Collaborate with Creative Team

  : Work closely with the design and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative, high-impact video content.

• Storyboarding

  : Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects.

• Optimize and Format Content

  : Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.

• Feedback Incorporation

  : Revise and modify animations and videos as per client or team feedback to meet project objectives and timelines.

• Stay Updated with Trends

  : Keep up with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of your work.

Qualifications:

• Experience

  : 1-3 years of experience in animation, video editing, and motion graphics.

• Skills

  :
• Proficiency in animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar tools).
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Knowledge of visual effects (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of sound editing and syncing.
• Strong understanding of color grading and video composition.

• Creativity

  : Ability to think creatively and produce engaging, high-quality content.

• Attention to Detail

  : Strong eye for detail, ensuring high standards in every project.

• Time Management

  : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Team Player

  : Collaborative approach with the ability to communicate effectively with creative and non-creative team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of 3D animation or VR/AR content is a plus.
• Familiarity with video platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for video optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields.
