Agadh is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video cum Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a designer/editor you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and high-converting video content tailored for social media ads, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. You must be proficient in video editing software, have a keen eye for detail, and understand digital marketing trends to create content that performs exceptionally well.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for ads and social media.
• Design and add motion graphics, text animations, transitions and effects.
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and UGC-style videos.
• Color grade, add sound design and optimize videos for different platforms.
• Repurpose content into various formats/aspect ratios for Meta and other platforms etc.
• Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams to align with campaign goals.
• Ensure brand consistency and follow platform best practices.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.

Preferred experience and qualification:

• Proficiency in Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
• Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends: Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing.
• Worked in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup.
• Experience in editing high-performing ad creatives for brands.
• Understanding of UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats.
• Ability to repurpose video content for different social platforms.

Experience:

• agency: 2 years (Required)
• Motion graphics: 1 year (Required)
• Video Editing: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
