This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects — from ideation to execution — independently. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and client projects. Trim, color grade, add effects, transitions, and sound to align with brand style. Work with provided assets or raw footage to deliver polished final cuts. Collaborate with marketing/design teams to meet content goals. Manage and organize video projects efficiently. Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong portfolio of edited video content. Knowledge of basic color correction, audio editing, and export settings. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Bonus: Experience with After Effects or motion graphics. Brand & Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design visual assets that align with campaign goals. Maintain consistent branding across all creative content. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and digital strategies. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (CC version or higher). A strong portfolio showcasing edited video projects (YouTube, ads, social media, etc.). Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects if needed. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points): Video Editing Mastery – Timeline editing, trimming, transitions, and effects. Audio Syncing & Cleanup – Background music, voice-over syncing, and noise removal. Color Correction/Grading – Basic to intermediate-level color adjustments. Text & Graphics Integration – Adding subtitles, lower-thirds, and branded elements. Export & Compression Settings – Outputting in various formats for web and social media. Creative Thinking – Ability to tell a story visually with pacing and rhythm Bonus: Familiarity with After Effects , Photoshop , or motion graphics tools.
