Video Editing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Video Content Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-quality video editing, particularly for Instagram and other social media platforms. This person will guide the team in recording videos and then process these videos by adding text, music, and effects to create viral reels. Proficiency in video editing and an advanced command of English (ideally C2 level) are essential. Experience with design tools such as Canva and Figma (thumbnail creation) and social media management is a plus. Additional qualities such as creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

Help prepare and edit short videos for Instagram and other social media profiles.

Guide the team on best practices for recording videos to ensure high-quality footage.

Enhance videos with text, music, and effects to create engaging and viral content.

Content Strategy:

Develop creative video concepts aligned with current social media trends.

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.

Analyze the performance of video content and optimize strategies accordingly.

Communication:

Maintain a high standard of English in all video content.

Clearly articulate video concepts and strategies to the team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the social media and design teams to produce cohesive content.

Provide feedback and training to team members on video production techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in high-quality video editing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.

Proficiency in English (C2 level preferred).

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for creating engaging and viral social media content.

Additional Skills (Plus):

Experience with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
