· 4-6 Years of proven work experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
· Experience with content management systems (CMS)
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Understanding of visual design principles, best practices, and branding guidelines.
· Write script, create video content with animation and effects, provide background music and voiceover with a voice artist.
· Assist creating/editing user guides, knowledge articles, policy documents.
· Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos.
· Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
· Collaborate with the business teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
· Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective.
