Position Overview The Digital Media Buyer (Ad Specialist) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of ad technologies, performance metrics, and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Strategy - Collaborate with account managers and clients to define campaign objectives and KPIs. - Research and identify the most effective digital advertising channels for each campaign. Ad Creation & Setup - Develop and implement ad creatives, including copywriting and basic graphic design. - Set up campaigns in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms. Bid Management & Optimization - Monitor and adjust bidding strategies in real time to maximize ROI. - Optimize campaigns based on performance data and client feedback. Performance Analysis & Reporting - Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights. - Provide regular reports to clients, including recommendations for future campaigns. A/B Testing & Experimentation - Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. - Continuously experiment with new targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies. Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure all ad campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations. - Review and approve all ad creatives and landing pages before launch. Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years experience in digital media buying, specifically in ad specialization. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred - Google Ads certification and/or Facebook Blueprint certification. - Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns. - Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. - Familiarity with ad tech tools like DSPs, SSPs, and ad verification services.
