Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Content Creator / Video Editor located in Bengaluru. The role involves conceptualizing and creating video content, editing high-quality footage, and working on post-production tasks to deliver engaging final products. Responsibilities include video shooting, script collaboration, creating graphics or animations for videos, and ensuring the brand's voice and vision are effectively communicated through each piece of content.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of experience in video production or editing.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio.
• Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Portfolio or samples of previous video work (preferred).
• Proficiency in video shooting, video editing, and post-production techniques.
• Creativity in script collaboration, storyboarding, and visual content development.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, graphic design, or animation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
• Capability to work within deadlines and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with video trends and social media platforms to create platform-tailored content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce daily video content (reels, shorts, podcast clips, etc.).
• Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on content strategy.
• Manage the entire video lifecycle — from pre-production to post-production.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and visual elements that enhance engagement.
• Stay updated with trends in digital content and video marketing.
