Video and Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing

• Creation and editing of high-quality stock videos for farmer awareness campaigns, product explainers, testimonials.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, voiceovers, and background music to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms (YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram,).

• Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop engaging scripts focused on agriculture and farming practices.
• Simplify technical concepts (e.g., micronutrients, soil health) into easy-to-understand farmer-friendly content.
• Collaborate with marketing, agronomists, and field teams to capture authentic farmer stories.

• On-Ground & Regional Adaptation

• Travel occasionally to farms, mandis, and field events to shoot live content.
• Create content in multiple Indian languages (coordination with translators/VO artists).
• Ensure cultural and regional relevance of content for diverse farming communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/diploma in

  Media, Film, Mass Communication, Agriculture Communication, or related field.

• 24 years of experience

  in video editing, digital content creation, or agri-media.
• Strong command of editing software and AI generated videos.
• Basic knowledge of

  farming cycles, crop practices, soil & fertilizer usage.

• Ability to communicate agricultural concepts visually in a simple manner.
• Proficiency in at least one regional Indian language (Hindi/Kannada/Marathi) preferred. Knowledge of Kannada is a Plus

• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Comfort with field travel and working closely with farmers.
• Team player, self-driven and adaptable to tight deadlines.
