Job Summary:

The Video and Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and promotes our pharmaceutical products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills in video production, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry’s regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Editing:

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content including product explainers, promotional videos, client testimonials, corporate interviews, and training materials.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop video scripts and storyboards.

· Ensure all videos are compliant with pharmaceutical regulations and brand guidelines.

· Manage video production equipment and maintain a digital library of assets.

Content Development:

· Create compelling written content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages tailored to healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.

· Translate complex pharmaceutical information into easily understandable and engaging content.

· Assist in developing campaign content for product launches and awareness initiatives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support:

· Develop and post visual and video content across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter (X).

· Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
Collaboration:

• Work closely with regulatory, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy.

• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in video content creation and editing; preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong skills in photography and videography.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred:

• Experience working with pharmaceutical or medical content.

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for healthcare advertising (e.g., FDA, MHRA, etc., depending on region).

• Familiarity with CRM and content management systems (CMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
