Job Description

Collaborate with directors, producers, and clients to understand project goals and creative vision.

Edit raw footage into compelling and impactful video stories using industry-standard editing software (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Apply color correction, motion graphics, and other visual effects to enhance the final product.

Integrate audio elements such as music, sound effects, and voiceover narration.

Create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines.

Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and software.

Skills Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing for a production company, marketing agency, or similar role.

Proven experience with industry-standard editing software (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Strong understanding of video editing principles, including storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality video content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in After Effects and/or Motion Graphics a plus.
