Job Description

Provide strategic direction and leadership for our content creation teams across video production, web blog, and podcasting.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company goals and audience engagement.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all platforms.
Oversee the video production process, including script development, filming, editing, and post-production.
Manage the web blog portal, including assigning topics, editing content, and optimizing for search engines (SEO).
Lead and mentor content creators (writers, scriptwriters, podcast producers, and video editors).
Manage budgets and resources for all content creation initiatives.
Analyze content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in content marketing, video production, and podcasting.

Skills Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in content management or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams.
Strong understanding of video production, web content creation, and podcasting.
