Vice Principal

As the Vice Principal of our school, you will play a crucial role in the academic and administrative operations, working closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth overall functioning of the institution. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting committees to enhance the learning environment, teaching classes, handling discipline issues, and assisting in teacher evaluations. In addition, you will be responsible for directing assemblies, developing emergency response plans, and maintaining records as required. You will serve as the academic head of the school, providing guidance to staff and students, supporting teachers on curriculum content and applicability, and monitoring the implementation of teaching methods in classrooms. Furthermore, you will oversee human resources and development activities, including monitoring sports and performing arts, resolving conflicts, motivating teachers, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. In terms of administration, you will coordinate and supervise administrative activities, manage documentation for school admissions, plan new projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with students, staff, and parents, as well as guiding the Relationship Cell team in addressing parent concerns effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a B.Ed in Education, along with a post-graduate degree in any specialization or an M.Ed in Education. You should have 10-15 years of experience in academics, including at least 1-2 years as a Vice-Principal in a reputable educational institution. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and multitasking capabilities are essential for success in this position.
