Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong academic expertise, proven management skills, and a passion for holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Principal in formulating school aims, objectives, and policies.
Share responsibility for the School Development Plan and its implementation.
Oversee the pastoral system and student discipline.
Coordinate extracurricular programmes, school events, and inter-house functions.
Lead staff appraisal, induction, and professional development initiatives.
Plan and manage timetables, staff duties, and resource allocation.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, examinations, and re-examination procedures.
Supervise boarding programmes and ensure effective parent-teacher interactions.
Liaise with government and educational boards (ICSE/IGCSE/IBO) for compliance.
Chair meetings and deputise for the Principal when required.

Knowledge & Experience Required

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in schools or colleges.
Proven success in middle management roles.
Experience in curriculum development and school improvement planning.
Strong background in budget setting, ICT integration, and resource management.
Expertise in team management and strategic planning.
