Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing budgets and financial controls, developing and managing procedures for student discipline, enforcing school rules, managing school clubs and social programs, planning school improvements, tracking the school's progress, evaluating and monitoring program compliance, and determining staffing and resource needs. Additionally, you will assist the principal with curriculum development and assessment, as well as develop and evaluate instructional programs and procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift and morning shift, with performance and yearly bonuses available. You must have a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Proficiency in English is required. The work location is in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Madhubani, Bihar is necessary before starting work.,
