Role Overview: Plum, an employee insurance and health benefits platform, is seeking an experienced leader to build and own their Enterprise Business. With a mission to provide high-quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030, Plum aims to cater to modern organizations by making health insurance simple, accessible, and inclusive. Backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners, Plum is transitioning from a startup-focused to an enterprise-focused platform. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end P&L of the enterprise business, including sales, account management, and renewals of enterprise customers. - Work closely with the Founders, core leadership team, and report directly to the CEO. - Utilize 15+ years of experience in GMC Insurance Sales to build and lead teams, consistently meet targets, and drive business growth. - Sell complex deals to large organizations, particularly tech companies like Google and Microsoft. - Attract and hire high-quality sales and business talent. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in GMC (group medical cover) insurance sales at an insurance broking firm, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. - Demonstrated experience in planning and owning P&L responsibilities. ,
