Description
As a Technology Project Manager within Citi Private Bank Client Onboarding Group, your role will involve participating in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to build high-quality solutions, with a specific focus on business analysis, requirements gathering, and defining optimal solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements - Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned - Develop all documents in Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results - Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log - Act as a translator between the business, Change, and Operation & Technology Teams - Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engage in cross-review of functional requirements - Use data modeling practices to analyze findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements - Work with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project - Assist with integration and acceptance testing - Provide support during and post-implementation - Communicate with colleagues to understand departmental needs - Manage key stakeholders including internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers - Work with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements - Assist the QA team in generating scenarios for effective testing - Deliver material and presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients - Ensure System designs and solutions align with Citi policies, procedures, and guidelines In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain significant exposure to senior management, work with experienced professionals globally, and understand Private Bank systems, Regulatory, Compliance in the banking domain, and various products from Consumer Banking and Capital Markets.
