We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Transaction Diligence team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in transaction diligence, with a strong background in finance and accounting. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the transaction diligence team to ensure successful project execution. Develop and implement effective transaction strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Manage and mentor a team of professionals to enhance their skills and performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve processes and procedures. ### Job Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, auditing, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience in consumer products and healthcare sectors. Understanding of business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. Analyzed historic and current financial information and projections. Identified deal issues and advised on structuring solutions based on transaction structure. Practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach. Experience as part of an M&A team in industry or Big 3, CA firms. Audit and assurance practice experience from Big 4 CA firms with some due diligence exposure.
