Hanu Reddy Realty is looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead our Coimbatore Branch as Resident Vice President—a key leadership role focused on growing our real estate operations.
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Type: Full-time, Senior Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and drive branch growthRecruit, train and lead realtors and office staffMonitor performance and meet business targetsAuthorize branch accounts with transparencyLead meetings, training, and business developmentSubmit monthly reports on performance and trendsSupport deal closures across all segmentsUphold company values, ethics, and confidentiality
Eligibility Criteria:
8+ years in real estate or luxury salesStrong knowledge of the Coimbatore market.Proven record in residential, commercial, retail, or warehouse salesStrong leadership, team-building, and communication skillsPassionate about growth and team success
Compensation Package:
Up to 60,000 CTC per month + 40% commission on deals closed individually by the Vice PresidentAdditional commission on deals closed by the Coimbatore branch
