Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
• Oversee sales operations and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in leadership roles.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Noida and NCR real estate market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
