Vice President, Production Services Application Support I

As the Vice President, Production Services Application Support I at BNY, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational stability and integrity of BNY's AI Hub platform. Your responsibilities will include resolving and triaging issues related to critical applications, servers, networks, and overall application health. By collaborating with the AI Hub engineers, you will contribute to reducing mean time to resolution and enhancing service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and upholding standard procedures for troubleshooting and resolving events. Effective communication with vendors and internal teams is essential to ensure timely updates on domain-related issues. Regular interaction with internal customers and support teams is required, where you will address both technical and non-technical user requirements with diplomacy and politeness. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, or possess equivalent work experience in related fields. A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology support areas, including proficiency in Java, Python, network, Windows, and Unix is required. Familiarity with SQL and Splunk queries is essential for log analysis and dashboard creation. An understanding of AI & ML concepts, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
