Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head operations for the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regions, functioning as independent Strategic Business Units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, steering market expansion initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency across sales dealerships and service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Lead end-to-end operations across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka

 - Drive strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals

 - Manage full P&L accountability for both regions

 - Spearhead market expansion and new project execution

 - Oversee dealership and service operations for optimal outcomes

 - Ensure strong financial and asset management practices

 - Build and nurture key relationships with OEM

 - Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of quality and excellence

 Co-develop people strategies with HR to build high-performing teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 - 20+ years of experience with at least 5 years in senior operational roles in large organizations

 - Proven track record in team leadership, business growth, and strategic execution

 - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification; B-Tech is an advantage

 - Exposure to the automobile industry is a plus

 - Strong digital orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
