Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and developing interior design concepts, planning and executing space planning, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure design consistency and project completion within budget and timelines.

Strong market network in Gurugram

Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and client managementskills

Proven track record in achieving leasing targets

Market research & competitor analysis

Strategic planningto maximize occupancy & revenue

Experience inlead generation and business development

Ability to managecross-functional teamsand coordinate with stakeholders

Knowledge ofproperty marketing, social media promotion, and digital leasing platforms

Strongproblem-solving, decision-making, and reportingskills

Salary: 12 - 18 L.P.A
