Vice President of Infrastructure

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects in the field of racetrack, highways, and specialized projects. Your role will involve ensuring technical excellence, safety, and compliance with international and national standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in civil and infrastructure engineering will be crucial in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Design: - Lead the end-to-end planning for infrastructure projects such as racetracks and highways, ensuring alignment with FIA/FIM, MoRTH, and IRC standards. - Collaborate with design consultants and technical experts to develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and construction methodologies focusing on precision, safety, and performance. - Execution & Supervision: - Oversee the on-ground execution of civil works including track or roadway construction, drainage systems, lighting, and safety installations. - Ensure precision in surface leveling, pavement quality, and drainage for optimal performance and durability. - Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion. - Quality, Safety & Compliance: - Implement stringent quality control measures for materials, pavement layers, and workmanship. - Ensure full compliance with international (FIA/FIM) and national (IRC/MoRTH) standards and safety protocols. - Supervise the installation of safety systems, barriers, lighting, and HSE adherence across all project sites. - Leadership & Team Management: - Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team comprising civil, electrical, and project engineers. - Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members and subcontractors. - Mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance excellence across all levels. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on racetracks and highways. - Strong knowledge of FIA/FIM, MoRTH, and IRC standards. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities.,
