What Youll Do:

• Be the

  Principal Architect

  for cutting-edge technical designs and engineering strategies.
• Oversee and deliver enterprise-level technology initiatives in alignment with business goals.
• Set and enforce engineering best practices, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Lead product innovation — from concept to competition analysis and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Marketing to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor, guide, and grow a strong team culture among 30+ engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience

  in IT/ITeS, ICT, or application-based solutions within the

  Banking domain (mandatory)

• Proven expertise in architecture, engineering leadership, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to prioritize, manage complex roadmaps, and deliver releases with excellence.
• Experience in driving innovation, improving processes, and delivering competitive edge through technology.
